Two words that best describe the RDCL culture?

Agile, friendly

What’s your most memorable project?

A surface seismic survey on a subdivision at Waihi Beach. This was one of my earlier projects where I designed and carried out a sizeable survey. I was able to make interpretations that fitted well with available data and were valuable to the client.

Which RDCL value is most important to you?

Respect. At RDCL everyone is valued and treated with respect. This extends to our clients, which is clear from our repeat business and the respect they afford us in return.

What do you love about working at RDCL?

RDCL is very flexible with time and affords a great work-life balance.

Where or how do you reset and recharge?

Outside of work my favourite place is the mountains of the central South Island. We are fantastically lucky that such beautiful and remote-feeling places are so accessible in this country.
