Cam is RDCL's Managing Director and company founder, and maintains a high level of direct involvement in project work in his role as Principal Geotechnical Engineer.

Jethro is a Geotechnical Engineer based in the Christchurch office. Before joining RDCL he worked with T&T on the EQC area wide ground investigations, were he managed drilling operations and processed test results.
