Susan has been with RDCL since 2009 and is responsible for company compliance and legislative obligations including overall company and staff performance reporting. This enables RDCL to achieve set goals related to sales, productivity, and profitability.

Donna has over 14 years’ experience within the Structural and Civil Consulting Industry in Office Management and Administrative roles. She has extensive experience with various computer and accounting packages, she has knowledge of specific aspects of office management and particularly the demands of the consulting engineering environment.

Kaye graduated from University of Makati in 2011 with BSc in Tourism Management. She also completed an Associate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Operations in 2007. Kaye started her career in the telecommunications industry before moving into marketing and project management.
