Requirements: Geotechnical investigation and reporting for numerous light industrial development projects within the Hawke’s Bay area.
Geotechnical conditions are complex with deep soft soils, liquefaction prone materials and high earthquake loads.
Investigations include CPT probing, CPT data processing, bearing capacity and settlement analyses and geotechnical recommendations including relevant earthquake parameters for structural design.
