Matt’s primary role is to ensure client needs are being met and to improve RDCL internal business systems.  Our business is simple, but our teams are spread and staffing can be complicated.  Mat will look after client and staff needs..</p><p><strong>Guy Boaz, Mining Engineer, Underground Coal specialist, Principal (Westport office)</strong></p><p>Guy is a Mining Engineer with 20 years’ industry experience.  Guy has worked in underground coal mining on the New Zealand West Coast, South Africa and in Queensland, Australia.  Guy was recently confirmed as a Chartered Professional Engineer practicing in the field of Mining Engineering and a Chartered Professional through the AusIMM system. </p><p><strong>Christchurch </strong>office has been strengthened in recognition of our growing workload in CPT investigations in the City, and in the fact that Christchurch is really the most mining centric major center in New Zealand.</p><p><strong>Susan Tulloch, Senior Water Scientist, PhD (Christchurch office)</strong></p><p>Susan joins our Christchurch operation, allowing us to extend our capabilities into water quality management.  Susan has expertise in Integrated Water Management including; policy development, freshwater availability, and stakeholder consultation. </p><p><strong>David Wright, Engineering Geologist (Christchurch office)</strong></p><p>David Wright is an Engineering Geologist and QA/QC and CPT specialist has also joined our Christchurch office in late October.  David is an experienced<br
