 Safety is our priority

RDCL staff are required to act safely and to commit to the protection of their own well being and that of others.  It is our policy to take all practicable steps to comply with the provisions of all relevant NZ laws.

 RDCL will:

• Educate all our employees on safe work practices.
• Support our employees to help ensure they are acting safely.
• Plan ahead, identify and control all hazards in our workplace.
• Ensure our employees have the right plant and skills to work safely.
• Monitor our workplace to ensure our planned controls are effective.
• Ensure the equipment we use is maintained and safe to use.
• Ensure our employees are provided with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
