Resource Development Consultants Ltd is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our Employees and others.

Safety is a priority in all of our business and the company supports our people in the maintenance of their health and safety. This means that we also require participation by our staff to act safely, and to commit to the protection of their own well being.

RDCL will:

1. Involve our Employees in safety activities.
2. Plan ahead, identify and control all hazards in our workplace, to ensure our Employees have the right plant and skills needed to work safely.
3. Monitor our workplace to ensure our planned controls are effective.
4. Support our Employees to help ensure they are acting safely.
5. Ensure the equipment we use is maintained and safe to use.
6. Ensure our Employees are provided with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

It is our policy to take all practicable steps to comply with the provisions of the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992, the Health and Safety in Employment Regulations 1995 and all Codes of Practice and Guidelines applying to the our business.
